The Travtec TR- 750 Speed-Feeder is designed for overprinting and labelling cartons, boards, sheets,  blister & credit cards.

 

Used in conjunction with inkjet printers, labellers and print/apply applicators , the TR-750 has easy an accessible infeed magazine and is mounted on castors for full mobility.

A Programmable operator interface allows full control of the feeding operation, and a  batch counter stops the machine after the pre-set quantity is reached.

 

Product is loaded by the operator in the vertical infeed magazine with the leading edge at the front. Upon actuation a reciprocating vacuum shoe feeds the product between a drive roller unit,  transferring it to a vacuum belt at a constant speed beneath the printer or labeller.

 

The product is discharged into an adjustable collection tray as standard, with an optional Shingling Conveyor available for continuous production. For high resolution printing with inkjet, an optional shaft encoder with mounting is available.
