The Travtec Lever Lid Applicator is designed for applying Lever Type Lids to Paint and Varnish Cans on the move.

 

Lids are stacked in the angular adjustable magazine, where they are separated by a reciprocating linear cam  before dropping  in a feed chute.

 

Adjustment between lid sizes takes only seconds with a single handwind, and vertical adjustment  is easy with the adjustable winding columns.

 

Lids are placed by the force of the can passing through twin cam releases, which ensures positive control and guidance, gently placing the lid without accurately in position.

 

The Lidder attaches to most conveyors without major alteration. For pressing the lid home, a Cap Pressing Unit is required..
