Travtec manufacture a wide range of single or multi-axis Traversing Systems suitable for mounting Inkjet, Drop on Demand and Thermal Transfer Printers.

 

Traversing Units are specially designed to suit the individual application, and can be fitted to Thermo-forming systems such as Multivac or Tiromat FFS machines, Linear Multi-Lane & Rotary Pot Fillers for Cream and Yoghurt, Intermittent Sachet Machines and Specialist Applications.

 

Full compatibility with the host machine and printer is ensured by a custom designed PLC control unit. Standard facilities include: Auto & Manual Traverse, Print Actuation, Print Reverse at end of stroke, Shaft Encoder Input & Host Machine Inhibit.

 

Stroke lengths of up to 1 metre as standard, with longer lengths available if necessary. Multiple print positions during travel with automatic reverse at end of stroke.
